At Elisa Wen, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you received something that you are not satisfied with, please email us at email@example.com.
You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be returned in its original condition, with tags attached. Merchandise must not be worn, washed or altered. Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box. All sale merchandise, cosmetics, intimate apparel and personal care items are final sale and is not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit online or in store.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
